1) Terms, Rules & Regulations

By creating an account, funding a wallet, or completing any transaction on Boabanplus, you agree to these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

1.1 Services covered

• Airtime top-up
• Data bundles
• Cable TV subscriptions
• Exam pins/vouchers
• Bill payments
• Wallet funding

1.2 Account rules

• You must provide accurate information during registration and when making transactions.
• Do not share your password, OTP, or PIN. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you report unauthorized access quickly.
• We may request verification (KYC) to protect users, prevent fraud, and support dispute resolution.

1.3 Prohibited use

• Fraud, impersonation, or using another person’s payment method without permission.
• Chargeback abuse, false disputes, or intentionally triggering failed transactions.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Any suspicious or unlawful activity.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2) Wallet Funding Rules

• Wallet funding must be done through approved payment methods/channels.
• If a funding payment is reversed/charged back by the payment channel, Boabanplus may reverse wallet credit and restrict the account while investigating.
• Funding disputes require valid evidence (reference ID, proof of payment, timestamps).

3) Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds, reversals, retries, or replacements are handled only after verification using Boabanplus logs and (where needed) confirmation from the network/provider/biller.

3.1 Transaction status meanings

• Successful: confirmed delivered/posted (generally final)
• Pending: still processing
• Failed: confirmed not delivered/posted (eligible for retry/refund after verification)
• Reversed: cancelled/reversed by provider/payment channel or security/compliance action

3.2 Finality rules by service

• Airtime: Final when Successful. Wrong number entered by user is generally not refundable. Failed (verified) may be retried/refunded.
• Data: Final when Successful. Wrong number/bundle is generally not refundable. Failed (verified) may be retried/refunded.
• Cable TV: Successful activation is final. Wrong IUC/Smartcard or package is generally not refundable. Failed (verified) may be retried/refunded.
• Exam pins: Once a PIN/code is displayed/delivered successfully, it is not refundable. Paid but not delivered (verified) may be delivered/refunded.
• Bill payments: Successful posting is final. Wrong meter/account/reference is generally not refundable. Failed (verified) may be retried/refunded.

3.3 Reporting window (recommended)

Report transaction issues within 24–72 hours (earlier is better).

3.4 What to submit for disputes

• Transaction reference ID
• Service type (wallet/airtime/data/cable/exam pin/bill)
• Phone / IUC / meter / account used
• Amount + date/time
• Screenshots/proof of payment (if applicable)

4) KYC & Verification Policy

• We may verify users to prevent fraud, protect accounts, and support dispute resolution.
• KYC may be required for unusual activity, higher limits, partner requirements, or security checks.
• Typical verification may include ID, selfie/liveness, and sometimes proof of address (risk-based).

4.1 Common rejection reasons

• Blurry/unclear ID images
• Mismatch between selfie and ID
• Expired/invalid ID
• Inconsistent details
• Suspected tampering or fraud

5) Privacy Policy (Summary)

Boabanplus collects and uses personal information to create accounts, process transactions, fund wallets, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain audit logs. We restrict staff access and apply reasonable security controls.

• Data we may collect: account details, transaction details, funding references, device/IP logs, support messages, KYC data where required.
• Sharing: payment partners for funding confirmation; networks/billers/aggregators for service delivery; lawful requests where permitted.
